Authorization for the promotional or advertising use of image and voice will be requested independently when appropriate and does not constitute a general condition for participating in DBB programs.
In the case of minors, this authorization must be granted by their father, mother, guardian or legal representative when applicable.
DBB will ensure that any use of images or audiovisual material respects at all times the dignity, integrity and privacy of the participants.
13. Protection and preservation of information
Delegates Beyond Borders will take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, unauthorized access, use, or processing.
Access to the information will be limited to those people who need to know it to perform the corresponding functions.
